General Stone on the Rehab of Detainees
September 21, 2007
General Douglas Stone is the commander of Iraq's detention facilities. His approach to rehabilitation of detainees just might be the model for "hearts and minds" success throughout the Middle East. And Uncle Jimbo talks about a sniper done wrong by his own.

Re: today's poll related to military spending, it seems inappropriate that the "bring the troops home" option was linked to a controversial subject like "global warming." Might the response be different if we substituted health care, education, or firming up social security? Polls are not very useful when they are skewed in this fashion. Thank you. Gerry
