Understanding DOD's CAP System

Launched in 1990, DOD's Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program makes information more accessible to federal workers or service members with disabilities and remove roadblocks to employment opportunities. CAP Director Dinah Cohen will talk about how the program has helped over 60,000 workers with cognitive, vision, hearing or dexterity disabilities.

A podcast is like a radio show, each show includes a series of episodes. The episodes come in the form of an audio file (usually an MP3) that you can download to your computer and listen to whenever you want.
