Glenn Close Helps Wounded Vets with Dogs
June 3, 2009
Actress Glenn Close ("The Big Chill," "Fatal Attraction") stops by the Editor's Desk to chat about her work with Puppies Behind Bars, a charity that allows inmates to train service dogs, which in turn are used to assist the disabled, including wounded Iraq and Afghanistan war veterans. Can a Labrador Retriever help our heroes wrestling with PTSD?
To find out more and to help with this program go to Puppies Behind Bars
And visit Glenn's dog supply site at Fetch Dog.

That's wonderful. You can learn compassion, patience, and kindness from a dog.

Pathetic? Compassion, patience, and kindness from a dog instead of a human. Shows evolution was a failure as the human race is concerned. And Christianity as a religion is a failure if you can only get these emotions from a dog.

1 Corinthians 13
1 If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.
2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.
3 If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing.
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
5 It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.
9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part,
10 but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears.
11 When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me.
12 Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

And may the DOGS enjoy their Marxist utopia with their Marxist friends. ;)

I've always wonder whether or not that John Hinckley was a Marxist and shot Ronald Reagan because of it. But who knows and who really cares, to tell you the truth.

Well, one good Judas Priest, or is that Mordred, deserves his 30 pieces of silver, he's earned it.

Proverbs 14 | Proverbs 15 >>
14:1 The wisest of women builds her house,
but folly with her own hands tears it down.
2 Whoever walks in uprightness fears the Lord,
but he who is devious in his ways despises him.
3 By the mouth of a fool comes a rod for his back, [1]
but the lips of the wise will preserve them.
4 Where there are no oxen, the manger is clean,
but abundant crops come by the strength of the ox.
5 A faithful witness does not lie,
but a false witness breathes out lies.
6 A scoffer seeks wisdom in vain,
but knowledge is easy for a man of understanding.
7 Leave the presence of a fool,
for there you do not meet words of knowledge.
8 The wisdom of the prudent is to discern his way,
but the folly of fools is deceiving.
9 Fools mock at the guilt offering,
but the upright enjoy acceptance. [2]
10 The heart knows its own bitterness,
and no stranger shares its joy.
11 The house of the wicked will be destroyed,
but the tent of the upright will flourish.
12 There is a way that seems right to a man,
but its end is the way to death. [3]
13 Even in laughter the heart may ache,
and the end of joy may be grief.
14 The backslider in heart will be filled with the fruit of his ways,
and a good man will be filled with the fruit of his ways.
15 The simple believes everything,
but the prudent gives thought to his steps.
16 One who is wise is cautious [4] and turns away from evil,
but a fool is reckless and careless.
17 A man of quick temper acts foolishly,
and a man of evil devices is hated.
18 The simple inherit folly,
but the prudent are crowned with knowledge.
19 The evil bow down before the good,
the wicked at the gates of the righteous.
20 The poor is disliked even by his neighbor,
but the rich has many friends.
21 Whoever despises his neighbor is a sinner,
but blessed is he who is generous to the poor.
22 Do they not go astray who devise evil?
Those who devise good meet [5] steadfast love and faithfulness.
23 In all toil there is profit,
but mere talk tends only to poverty.
24 The crown of the wise is their wealth,
but the folly of fools brings folly.
25 A truthful witness saves lives,
but one who breathes out lies is deceitful.
26 In the fear of the Lord one has strong confidence,
and his children will have a refuge.
27 The fear of the Lord is a fountain of life,
that one may turn away from the snares of death.
28 In a multitude of people is the glory of a king,
but without people a prince is ruined.
29 Whoever is slow to anger has great understanding,
but he who has a hasty temper exalts folly.
30 A tranquil [6] heart gives life to the flesh,
but envy [7] makes the bones rot.
31 Whoever oppresses a poor man insults his Maker,
but he who is generous to the needy honors him.
32 The wicked is overthrown through his evildoing,
but the righteous finds refuge in his death.
33 Wisdom rests in the heart of a man of understanding,
but it makes itself known even in the midst of fools. [8]
34 Righteousness exalts a nation,
but sin is a reproach to any people.
35 A servant who deals wisely has the king's favor,
but his wrath falls on one who acts shamefully.

Wait, some people want Barak Obama dead and they're not even Marxist.
Posted by: dolcezza | June 04, 2009 at 08:29 AM
They're good Christian people, right? RIIIIGHTTTT And BTW, that House of Stuart thing is BS, and stop trying to overthrow the Queen of England, also. That's what happens when you have cult-like followers that believe myths. Like Charles Manson, Jimmy Swaggart, and Jim Jones...
Posted by: dolcezza | June 04, 2009 at 08:33 AM
And it's nice that Google has decided to become a BLACK PROPAGANDA search engine that hates Barak Obama, what is with that, anyway? Who is paying these weasels, the Roman Empire? Judas earned more than his 30 silver pieces by now...

A trouble making Leviathan, who's doing Dragon-speak, like a lamb who speaks like a dragon, who is associated with Satan?
